|Recommended: YesA good place for any college student to live. — Hawksnest is similar to most other apartments I've lived in, but the staff are very kind and are very accomodating to students. They don't hesitate to work with residents and are very helpful when it comes to fixing issues. I quite enjoy living here.

|Recommended: YesSafe, good, housing for your child in school. — I am writing this from the parents perspective, as mom. My daughter lived here for a year. I am more than pleased with this place for her safety away from home. This particular complex is away from much of the louder activity. The maintenance department was very helpful when she had a water issue in the bathroom. The rooms are very nice. I really liked the individual lease for each girl. Thanks for giving my child a great place to be at school.

|Recommended: YesQuality Apartments — I really enjoy my apartment. The rooms are a good size, as are bathrooms. Good appliances and openly of common area room. The walls are a little thin between rooms but you can solve noise with a small fan sound machine. You can't hear much between floors other than footsteps. Beds are a little hard but I solved that with two mattress pads. Bedrooms come with two two-drawers underneath the bed for extra storage which is nice. The closet is really big and has a wire shelf for more storage. Overall, I really like it here. Management is friendly and maintenance workers usually respond in a reasonable amount of time.

|Recommended: YesGreat place t0 live. — It is close to campus and is a great apartment The fixtures and finishes are all very nice. The only complaint I could give about the whole place is that the walls are not very insulated to sound and I do not like the couch. I can hear room mates sneeze from all the way across the apartment with all the doors closed, and can always hear their TVs. When you sit on the couch, the cushions all slide out and it is extremely hard to get comfortable.
|Recommended: YesBetter than On campus living style. — It is definitely like 10x better than living in the dorms, the suites, apts on UNG campus. To be honest, i would chose living here rather than on campus any day. Plus, it certainly is a better off campus option in terms of price and all compared to all the other off campus housing here in dahlonega, especially since it is relatively new.
