|Recommended: YesLove these apartments — There is plenty of parking available, and, because it is such a small apartment complex with only three buildings, you will always be parked a short distance from your apartment. Maintenance is very punctual and at times maybe over helpful. You get an individual lease, wifi, sufficient kitchen appliances, and washers and dryers, included in your monthly rent. Honestly it's the ideal scenario for students.

|Recommended: YesProperty that is well kept up with. — It is nice that is new, so the inside looks good. It has a good layout that flows and it is nice that it comes furnished. The walls are very thin though.
|Recommended: YesVery quiet good place to live — It is a very quiet and good apartment complex to live in. The parking is easy to find it may just not be the most convenient to you. Some of the rooms are small. The A and D rooms are much bigger that the B and C rooms, so if you live here hope you get a big room.
