|Recommended: YesRecently Moved In — I like the complex. It feels safe and the parking lot and buildings are lit good at night. No one is noisy, the only noise you can hear occasionally is loud cars pulling into the parking lot. The rooms are a good size and the appliances are nice. The utilities costs are pretty expensive for being split between 4 residents though. There's only one dumpster for all three buildings and it's hidden next to building 90. When I was still deciding where I wanted to live and reached out to HawksNest through the number posted online, they only ever had an employee that was unable to answer my questions and the manager was never available. But overall I would recommend it to someone looking for a place to live.

|Recommended: NoLow quality housing — A large portion of things included were broken or nasty. The washer was disgusting, the floor did not appear to be cleaned, walls were dirty, and it really looked like nothing had been cleaned like I was told it would be. My tub drain was also stopped up and you can see the hair in it. I've since put in a maintenance request but have received no help. With as much as this housing costs I would expect it to be at least cleaned and inspected before I moved in.

|Recommended: YesCooking smell from air-conditional vent — When roommates cook, the smell come through vent and it is packed in my room even if I close the vent, it flow out. Also, my bathroom ventilation fan has noise when I use. Without those problems, this place is good for living well.

|Recommended: YesOverall 3 Stars. — Lack of parking. Noise is a bit much at night. Grounds need to be cleaned up here and there and the dump needs to be handled better. Good construction. Maintenance is a bit slow. Property staff is nice but don't have answers sometimes.
